KEY POINTS

• Shipping Timeline – one (1) to three (3) weeks from the date of order for in-stock  base models, depending on inventory availability. Products or customizations,  shipping determined per estimate.

• Shipping Expenses - Shipping Expenses, including but not limited to freight  charges, insurance handling fees, and any applicable taxes or duties are not  included in purchase price.  

• Shipping Method – Shipping method and carrier to be arranged by PTM unless  notified in writing at the time of the order. 

• Pick up Option – Products may be picked up from PTM’s warehouse instead of  having it shipped 

• Payment Terms – Fifty percent (50%) of the Purchase Price is due upon submission of an order; the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Purchase Price,  plus any applicable shipping expenses are due before product shipment.

• Payment Methods – Debit/Credit card, check ACH transfer or wire transfer. 

• Taxes – Purchase Price does not include any applicable federal, state, or local  sales, use, excise, or other taxes.

• Limited Warranty – All Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a  period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to  manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and  service.  

• No Returns, Final Sale – All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted  except for Products determined to be defective under the terms of the limited  warranty.
