Rental Terms & Conditions

KEY POINTS

  • Rental Term – Rental period of 24 months with automatically renewal for  successive periods of 1 month  

  • Rental Fee - $498 per month 

  • Payment Schedule – The Rental Fee shall be payable Monthly, starting 30 days  after the initial first month rental fee paid upon receipt of equipment during the Rental Period. (ex. Equipment Received 08/21/25, Monthly reoccurring Payment  begins 09/21/25) 

  • Payment Process – auto-draft with credit/debit card or ACH on file • Security Deposit - $1,000 Payable upon product order. The Security Deposit will  be returned within thirty (30) days after the agreement, less any amounts  deducted for default of payment or to repair any damage to the Equipment.

  • Taxes – Rental Price does not include sales, use, excise, and other taxes and  governmental charges, permits ad fees associated with the rental, possession,  or use of the equipment. 

  • Shipping Schedule – Products ship within one (1) to three (3) weeks from date of  order depending on inventory availability.

  • Shipping Costs – Rental Price does not include shipping expenses, including but  not limited to freight charges, insurance, handling fees, and any applicable taxes  or duties. 

  • Pickup Option – Products may be picked up from PTM’s warehouse instead of  having it shipped 

  • Shipping Method – Shipping method and carrier to be arranged by PTM unless  notified in writing at the time of order 

  • Return Procedure – All returns must be in the original crate provided by PTM and  Renter is responsible for all return shipping costs 

  • Insurance Requirement – Product Coverage is required for all risks of loss or  damage in an amount not less than the full replacement value of the equipment. PTM Drum Enclosure to be listed as insured and loss  

  • Evidence of Insurance – Proof of insurance to be provided to PTM ten (10) days  prior to shipping date
