How do I clean the acrylic/plexiglass?

To remove dirt and smudges, it is recommended that you use mild soap, water, and a microfiber towel.

Can I use Windex on the acrylic/plexiglass?

To maximize the life of the glass, never use a cleaning solution that contains ammonia, this only tarnishes it. We recommend using the Novus Plastic polish kit for maintenance and/or Brillianize with a soft cloth.

How do we assemble the drum enclosure?

Easily assembled with 2 people. We will send you written instructions and an assembly video with your order, and we are available for any questions.

Is the drum enclosure mobile and able to move freely?

The drum enclosure itself is not mobile, but we do feature the Genesis, our portable stage that's compatible with our drum enclosures.

Do I need a forklift to unload it?

While a forklift is ideal, you can use a pallet jack to also unload the crate .

How long does it take to assemble the drum enclosure from unboxing to finish?

Roughly takes about 25-30 minutes to assemble with 2 people.

The drum enclosure comes equipped with a dual ventilation system to keep fresh air circulating inside the drum enclosure.

Is it possible for PTM to assemble the drum enclosure for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this feature at the moment - it's a simple assembly and only requires 2 people.
